Hacks The Champion Hack was decided today and from a quality line up Pam Ahern & W Coyle's Hype was awarded the title from Lyndale Stables & J Jacobson's DP Idol. Novelties The Open Thread the Needle Race was won by H Fertier's Hajuca Hy Speed from J Tunkin's Lake Tyrell Magic with C Sheekey's Top Gun third. The Star Banner Memorial bending race was also taken out by H Fertier's Hajuca Hy Speed from Lake Tyrell QH Stud's Why Me with B&M Porter's Fire On Ice third. The Star Banner Memorial flag and barrel race again went to H Fertier's Hajuca Hy Speed from J Tunkin's Lake Tyrell Magic with Lake Tyrell QH Stud's Why Me third. The Best Performed Novelty Horse of the Show went to Lake Tyrell QH Stud's Why Me and the Best Novelty Junior Rider went to Why Me's rider Rachael Elliott. Stock Horse The Australian Stock Horse classes were low on entries with only three or four horses per class. The Australian Stock Horse Hack went to C Durack's Urrbrae Stockade while the Open Working Australian Stock Horse also went to C Durack's Urrbrae Stockade. The Australian Stock Horse and Lady Rider was taken out by Narrioota Pty Ltd's Yooroona Pacemaker. |
