The opening event was the Senior D & C Grade which was taken out by Fairbanks Capone ridden by Paula Hamood from KP Irish Hallmark & Megan Jones with MEC Rhythm ridden by Michelle Clark third.

The first of the Championship classes was next with the SA Junior Speed Championship. With the retirement after winning last year of Koolmundool Samuel and previous winner Heidi and M Makin not in the field Rebekka Stubing's speedy Willy Go was expected to go close. As predicted Willy Go sped around the course going fast and clear to set a time that no other competitor could get near to win from Faultline and Randall Jolley with Bojangles and Sarah Willoughby in third place.

The Senior Speed Championship followed and while not as spectacular Buck's Bunny ridden by Paula Hamood did a tidy efficient round to win from Brecon Double Take ridden by Anthony Thomas with his other mount Destroyer third.

Lorikeet and Becky Allen recorded Victoria's sole victory of the weekend in the Senior Grand Prix from Tawjoy and Leanne Bruggemann with Clayton Kennedy aboard Icon third.

The final class of the first day was the Junior Grand Prix where Guiness and Sheridan Manuel took out the class from Greg Mickan and Finklestein with Sheridan also filling third place aboard former racehorse Forrest.

In far cooler conditions Sunday opened with the C & D Championship with over 45 entries. Skasen Cadiz made the transition from dressage to showjumping to win for Ron Harland from The Trickster and Tim Shute with Anthony Thomas aboard Moonka Matilda third.
